Staff Administration Marketing - PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo

Responsibilities

Dealing with customers either by telephone, electronically (e-mail) or face to face
Directing, follow up, and monitoring the Customers Call progress until the customers issue is resolved.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to ensure that inquiries and complaint from customers are solved
Having active communication with domestic and overseas buyers and distributors
Manage sales & marketing administration, monitor & follow up order status & delivery, to ensure that all back office sales activities are completed
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
Good command of spoken and written in Mandarin is preferably
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Pacet.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Female, Single, max. 30 years old
In good health
Know or having experience with export procedure
Having a good communication skill, attention to detail and accuracy
Willing to be placed in Pacet - Mojokerto, East Java
