HRD Manager - PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Mojokerto

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree with Law or Human Resources background
Minimum experience with same field 5 years with same position, prefer candidates from Consumer Goods
Preferably Manager/ Asst Manager specializing in Human Resources
Excellent knowledge in Industrial Relation, HR Procedure & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling, and Training
Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation
Able to speak in English (both oral and written)
Can operate computer (MS. Office, familiar with SAP program will be an advantage)
Good personality, can work underpressure & discipline
Willing to work in Mojokerto (Ngoro) - Jawa Timur
